Created for RPI’s bicentennial, Alignment is an interactive installation that overlays archival campus photographs onto present-day views, connecting students and faculty with the university’s rich history. Designed as durable outdoor frames with layered acrylic panels, solar-powered LEDs, and motion sensors, the project merges sustainability with storytelling. By situating images at their original locations, Alignment highlights how the campus has evolved while fostering community engagement and appreciation for RPI’s legacy
